Terrina is designed to know as little as possible about you. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.

Who is responsible

Your game data stays on your device

Your plant, your bond and your Dew Drops are stored only on your iPhone, shared between the app and its widget. They are never uploaded to any server. Deleting the app deletes them.

Anonymous usage statistics

To understand how the game is used and improve it, Terrina sends anonymous statistics through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service based in the European Union. These include:

• When the app is opened and how long a session lasts.
• When Reserve Dew is bought, with how many you hold.
• When the plant is watered, with the bond length, days watered, growth stage, reward and any Reserve Dew used.
• Technical details such as device model, iOS version, app version, language and region, and some accessibility settings (for example text size).
• A random identifier for the installation, which is hashed on your device before it is sent.

This data cannot identify you, is not linked to your identity, is never sold and is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites. TelemetryDeck does not store IP addresses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Notifications, widget and Siri

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone; there is no push server. The widget and Siri read and update your garden directly on your device.

Children

Terrina is suitable for all ages. It does not ask for or collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we hold no data that identifies you, we cannot link any statistics to you. You can delete all game data by deleting the app. Under the GDPR you may contact us with any question at the address above, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
